The purpose of the project is the design and construction - using the most advanced European technology - of a solar photovoltaic power plant to obtain electricity at an optimum cost per KWh produced.

The specific objectives are as follows:

Use modules apt for large-scale photovoltaic facilities to reduce the cost of the installation and infrastructure associated with this type of plants.

Verify the operation and actual O&M costs associated with solar tracking installations.
